Halle (@_____halle__) Halle enjoys yoga for everyBODY in her eating disorder recovery. View this post on Instagram ❤️You don't have to love your body, and you're allowed to hate your body. But either way, know that your body works for you, by you. Your body is your home, your shelter, your vessel, your vehicle for life. It's loved you your whole life. It's still here after everything you've done to it. Everything you've put it through. It's still with you. Your body has never given up, no matter how many times you've given up on it. · So feel what you feel. I want you to be at peace with your body, whatever that looks like, whatever that means. You can accept your body and yourself and still have negative body image days. Just let yourself be. Live in this space you were given. We can't chose our bodies, but we can chose the paths we venture on. Remember, your body is your vehicle for life.❤️ · 🌬As @josieschweitzer says, "wrap yourself up with your breath". Let you embody you. Breathe consciously. It won't fix everything, but it will bring you back to reality, back to the present, when your thoughts spiral out of control. · 🤟🏻This life is for you. Only you can be you. No one else has that power. No one else has that magic. You are your own. · ✨"I am mine, before I am anyone else"✨ – @nayyirah.waheed · xo #body #bodyimage #seflove #selfcare #selfacceptance #recovery #life #love A post shared by ·.*· HALLE (@_____halle__) on Nov 15, 2018 at 4:50pm PST View this post on Instagram 🥨💕FEELING BENDY 2DAY. This is not a fitness transformation. This is a self love transformation. Not every photo you see online tells the whole story… There is always another angle that person isn't showing. · ❤️I took these pictures in 2016, and when I posted them I was scared out of my mind. I couldn't believe I was doing it. That I was showing myself so vulnerably. The response was overwhelming. So many people commented that seeing this reality helped them so much. Honestly when I found the Body Positive Community, Self Love Community and Eating Disorder Recovery Community, my life changed forever. · ❤️Showing up for myself first and foremost has helped me in my recovery, having this public diary has given ME a voice and forced my eating disorder to take a backseat. But I'm also showing up for YOU. I am so grateful for the thousands of all of you who follow me and care about me and my story. By being raw and honest, I've helped so many people be raw and honest also. It's not easy to do it alone, and that's why these communities on IG are so, SO important. · 🙏🏻So thank you for being here. Thank you for supporting me. I'm honored to be in this place, doing what I do — which is just being me, the realest & truest version of myself. · ❤️ #selflove #reality #embrace #believeinyourself #eatingdisorderrecovery A post shared by ·.*· HALLE (@_____halle__) on Oct 27, 2018 at 2:10pm PDT
