Size doesn’t matter 🌿 Size is such a weird thing. It has affected me for years, I was obsessed with it. I thought I was only “worthy or beautiful” when I was a size XS. I’d always end up trying to squeeze my body into size XS clothing, having break downs when they didn’t fit or when I went up a size. We’re bombarded with diets that say “go down x amount of sizes in x amount of weeks!” We’re always told to try reduce our size. We’re never told that we should be confident in our bodies. Or that we should wear whatever size fits and not let that size affect how we feel. The size of your clothing does not determine your health. Your size doesn’t determine your worth. Your size doesn’t determine your beauty. It’s just a size. Different types, materials, brands and shapes of clothing will fit the same body in different sizes. That change in size doesn’t all of a sudden change your health, worth or beauty. So why do we let a insignificant thing like size affect us? It is just a size. Nothing else. Sizes vary. Change your mindset from “I wish I was that size” to “I don’t care what size I wear because I know I’m worthy and beautiful regardless.” Because that’s the truth bb. 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #sizedoesntmatter #losehatenotweight #dietculture #healthateverysize #antidiet

Embrace your body 🌿 You know that feeling when you lie down and your tummy feels flat, but the second you get up and your tummy fat bunches together, touches your thighs, and all of a sudden you find yourself feeling insecure? Why does one body positioning make us feel different, or even worse about ourselves? Why do we always try and make ourselves look as small as possible? Why do we worry about little things like gaining weight, tummy fat, stretch marks, etc? All these things are normal and happen. Why is it the second our tummy fat bundles that we feel bad? Why has society made us think this? You’re still the same person, with the same body. This positioning doesn’t change who you are, therefore it shouldn’t make you feel bad about your body. Next time you catch yourself feeling insecure about this, don’t worry. It is completely normal and happens to everyone. Just realise that you shouldn’t feel as insecure about it as you do, because at the end of the day it doesn’t matter as much as you think. You are beautiful and worthy and that won’t change due to having the body you have. 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #embracethesquish #youareworthy #stopcomparing #bikinibodies #bodyimage #loveyourbody #bodyacceptance

Not a workout before and after 🌿 Don’t believe before and after photos on sketchy low calorie diets and workout plans with promises for absurd amounts of weight loss with crazy amounts of booty gains. Don’t think that these things will help you love your body. Because they won’t. Majority of the time it’s photoshopped or all up to posing. The smallest amount of posing can change our bodies drastically. We have to be aware of this when we find ourselves comparing our relaxed bodies to posed photos in media. Or when we see bad pictures of ourselves and think that we haven’t made any progress in the gym or when we think that we look bad. Because that’s not true. You just think you look bad because of what society has made you think looks bad. You are actually absolutely amazing the way you are from every angle, pose and lighting. You don’t need to change your body in any way because there is already beauty in all aspects of you, you just need to believe it. 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #transformationtuesday #loljk #justposing #youareworthy #bodyposi
