Experiencing: progress

Progress is the great feeling we get when we do almost anything towards a goal. If that step is something new, then there is an even greater sense of achievement.

This feel of progress is massively invigorating. But you do need to be open to it. And to know what it feels like.

  • Progress is gradual: and noticing it can get crowded out by the hustle and bustle of life.
  • Progress is surprising: it happens all by itself.
  • Progress is what we have a smart mind for.

When you feel you’re making progress, then let it invigorate you. This is the time to press on: to let the momentum of it all sweep you forwards.
