Collaborating with peers

Working with others is effective. The idea of the lone scholar (in a garret somewhere) just isn’t right. When you are at university, you are surrounded by a soup of ideas from all sorts of people. That soup nourishes everyone who can be a part of it: who is willing to work with others.

Use your time studying to find out how you best work with others.

  • Practice responding positively to other people and their ideas.
  • Find out how you can communicate persuasively with others.
  • See for yourself how much more gets done when things are shared.
