Music is the no.1 motivation to exercise more.  This happens because music can distract your attention from getting bored or tired and encourage you to work harder. But be careful, because if the pace of the music is too fast it will not probably help your stamina. The rhythm of the music should be coordinated with the pace of the exercise.

  • NO TIME FOR EXERCISING? YOU BUSY PERSON..

Are you avoiding gym because you are too busy or you are not the person that will spend many hours at the gym to burn calories and loose weight? Not anymore. Endless hours of exercising is not the solution for a fit and healthy body. At that point, you need to set goals. If you want to lose weight you need to exercise 5-6 days per week but no more than 50-60 minutes per day. Either you want to lose weight or get more fit and healthy, daily exercise of small duration is necessary to activate your metabolism.

Exercising does not necessary means visiting the gym. If you are not that kind of person that loves weights and cardio equipment, you have so many other choices to boost your metabolism and feel healthier. The ideal is to combine aerobic exercising with exercises that strengthen your muscles’ mass.

Most of us are used to do that kind of unhealthy snacking before or after food, when we are hungry and we have no time to cook or when we are nervous and pressed with reading and responsibilities. Do it but avoid foods that are full of fats, sugars or salt because you constantly put your health at risk and you consume more energy in the long run. Try more healthier choices like fruit salads, cereal fitness bars, juices, nuts.

1 cup of coconut milk or sugar free almond milk

– ½ tbs Turmeric powder

– ½ tbs ginger powder

– ¼ tbs powdered cardamom

– 1 tbs honey

Tap on a stirrer for two minutes. Pour the drink. Put ice cubes and enjoy!
